At Burger et Cassolette, it's generous, inventive, respectful of tradition and regional products. The burgers are in the taste of the South-West. Let yourself be tempted by the Petit Basque or the Aveyronnais, with Roquefort cheese, served with homemade fries, or the Gruissanot with its tuna steak and a guacamole to die for! We recommend the menu of salads: the biquette with hot cabécou or the "Robert le gros camembert" titillate us. Service et repas correct dans l'ensemble.
Déception concernant la pièce du boucher servie froide sur 2 assiettes de la table.
La cuisson était réussie, mais la présentation était faite sur une planche en bois (très bien) qui était humide et froide. Résultat, viande froide. Mon morceaux était également assez nerveux. seule la partie centrale était tendre.
Pour le service, quelques longueurs avant d'être servis du plat, puis pour les cafés qu'il a fallut commander à un deuxième serveur car les premiers avaient dû se perdre.
Mis à part cela, les burgers sont beaux et copieux, le cadre est agréable et nous avons passé un bon moment.
