Nathalie and Stéphane work with fresh, local and seasonal products. The restaurant is ideally located in the heart of Narbonne along the Robine canal. Whether you are in one of the carefully decorated rooms or on the terrace, you will appreciate the "canaille" cuisine of Chambourlettes: fresh pasta stuffed with truffles, cassolette of veal kidneys with banyuls or the spices with which Nathalie dares to introduce flavors from elsewhere. And then you'll fall for the homemade desserts. Conviviality and generosity are the order of the day!
