The Thé and Co salon offers a wide range of local products for sale: coffees, teas, jams, olive oils, Aude wines, local beer and the famous elderberry lemonade. And what could be more appropriate in the village of books than a library in this charming tearoom where you can enjoy home-cooked meals every lunchtime. The room is set off by vintage furniture, and the decor exudes a super-cosy atmosphere - we love it!
