Homemade cuisine using vegetables from the kitchen garden at the back of the restaurant.
Le Pas de Naurouze offers bistronomic cuisine concocted with local produce. Chef David never compromises on freshness. Flavors and originality are the order of the day. For example, white asparagus, pork trotter fondue, pumpkin seed crackers, citrus espuma, or lamb compote, tortellini with fresh goat's cheese and wild garlic, pistachio juice... The desserts are not to be outdone, with the purple Kumara tartlet, violet ice cream and the "Mademoiselle" chocolate ice cream with mint and tonka cream.

J’habite à Toulouse et j’ai découvert ce restaurant ce midi.
Il y a un menu du jour entree/plat/dessert à 23€ et un menu de saison à 38€ qui était tout bonnement délicieux et original !
Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les assiettes étaient magnifiques et le lieu facile à trouver (prévoir 45 minutes de route).
Je conseille d’urgence !
Jamais déçu, n'hésitez pas le lieu vaut le détour .
