Temporary closure of the establishment following a fire in January 2023. La table à Jo is a tribute to the patriarch Joseph Aymeric, an emblematic figure of Limoux, and cultivates its know-how in the top of the range of artisanal canning. Indeed, it is the "canned" recipes that you will taste sitting in a pleasant environment, with attentive staff. You can also take away all the canned regional dishes offered in the store. Do not miss the Fricassee, a typical Limoux dish, also called Fréginat.
