OASIS NATURE

Located on a narrow strip of sand between the sea and Leucate pond, the Naturist naturist Site is bounded to the north by Grau de Leucate - a channel of the oyster oyster - and to the south by the port of port Leucate port. It covers over 50 ha, entirely naturist, and currently consists of eight entities or «villages», a campsite and a beach of more than 1,5 km. which runs across the entire site. From North to south, therefore: Les Mas de la Plage, Eden, Ulysses - with its camping GCU -, Aphrodite, the Gardens of Venus, Oasis - 1 and 2 -, Oasis 3, Les Maisons de la Jetty, not forgetting the "Mas de la plage", 80 houses, a little stuck between the village of Eden and the facilities of the oyster, all equipped with gardens. " Eden " - pretty ternes houses buried in the sand and without a lot of greenery - and" Ulysses " - great dark real buildings, comprising a small hundred apartments, in co-ownership - are hardly attractive. In Ulysses there is a swimming pool and tennis, reserved for residents, and a pizzeria bar. The campsite - 22000 m 2 - 70 non-shaded pitches - reserved for GCU members, is equipped with two good health facilities, a baby room and a washing machine. There is a ping pong room - a closed room, a volleyball and a bowls. Mandatory FFN/FNI licence.

Separated from precedents by a large, vague terrain with their own independent access, the other villages are more attractive, both by the style of buildings and by floral or shrub decoration. Going back to the south, at the end of the access road, we find "Les Maisons de la Pier", a real estate ensemble - about 80 dwellings - mostly residential, very well located on the channel of access to the naturist port. Enough green around these individual houses which start starting a little bit… Just next door, the whole Oasis - Oasis 1 + Oasis 2 - which only form a single village of small buildings to one or two floors - one hundred houses - is equipped with two small, very nice swimming pools, and a nice restaurant-pizzeria. side of one of the two swimming pools. The village is very clean and well maintained, with lawns, hedges and many flowery shrubs. In front of and extending the «Maisons de la Jetty», the ensemble «Oasis 3» - 80 houses - consists of single-storey, pastel-coloured, larger and more comfortable, but very exposed Exposées. This village has no direct access to the beach. Finally, the plantation "Jardin de Venus", built, unfortunately, on the wild lagoon and in a not very happy place, as situated on the edge of the non-naturist public road. Some 80 large and comfortable accommodations, some of which are well-exhibited.
