Les Tonneliers welcomes you to a superb wooded garden facing the Canal du Midi, in the shade of tall trees. The cuisine on offer here is top-notch, with beautifully crafted dishes. You'll find the inevitable Beef Tartare, prepared in front of you according to your tastes. Desserts follow the same logic, with homemade creations such as the sphère glacée en beignet, a hot-cold treat as surprising as it is delicious. A fine list of regional wines and a warm welcome complete the picture. A lovely subdued atmosphere in the evening.
