This family estate has been established for 4 generations at the crossroads of the Minervois, the Clape and the Corbières. Since 1999, Lionel Boutié, a pioneer in the Languedoc, has chosen organic farming, combining quality, freshness and respecting the environment with Cathy. Independent producers, they offer very good natural wines, reds, whites, rosés or late harvests from the rich variety of grape varieties of their land!
