The Hôtel de France restaurant is one of Castelnaudary's not-to-be-missed places to sample the famous cassoulet with goose and pork confit. The chef also offers other specialties such as semi-cooked foie gras, parillade of meats with duck breast, beef and homemade sausage. And let's not forget the iodized flavors of certain dishes, such as gambas risotto à la provençale. The brasserie area is ideal for a hearty lunch, with cassoulet, fine mixed salads and grilled meats on offer! Those who have had trouble making a choice can leave with home-made preserves of ready-made dishes, pâtés and foies gras to prolong the pleasure or share with friends and family... The establishment has seventeen well-equipped rooms and private parking. Bel accueil tout au long du repas et un délicieux repas...Salade, cassoulet et dessert délicieux ???? un grand merci nous avons passé un agréable moment entre amis ....
Nous sommes même reparti avec des kilos de cassoulets que nous degusterons chez nous.
