L'Atelier has moved to a new address. Come to Place Saint Gimer to discover this not-to-be-missed spot, a favorite with truffle lovers. Philippe Barrière, truffle grower and bon vivant, invites you to enjoy his delicious truffle tapas in the dining room or on the terrace. You'll also find a range of products that go perfectly with the black diamond: local wines, Muscat de Saint Jean, olive oil, tapenades... and, depending on the season, autumn truffles, white Italian truffles or summer truffles. So sit back and enjoy!

Jean-Luc and Eric Bergé are producers of fruit and vegetables: asparagus, melons, tomatoes, squash, artichokes, pears... Their produce is varied and is sold in their shop along with that of over 90 local producers. All the specialities of Aude agriculture and breeding are represented. The opening of the 1st Drive Fermier Audois by these producers allows you to place your orders online and to collect them from the shop or from one of the other collection points.
