If you're in Carcassonne or just passing through, we urge you to come and taste it on site, with the medieval city just around the corner. It's made to the highest standards and is entirely homemade, right down to the duck breasts, which Cyril confits on the spot. Please note that everything you eat in this restaurant is homemade. If you prefer to eat your cassoulet at home with friends or family, you can place your order via their website. In addition to cassoulet, Trivalou's foie gras is also available to take away. Catherine's jams have been delighting visitors to the Hôtel du Pont Vieux for some years now, and now that they've opened the grocery store, a whole space is dedicated to gourmet delights! L'Echoppe, located right next to the hotel, not only sells Les Confitures de la Cité®, but also wines, charcuterie, cheeses, preserves and cookies, mainly from the region. As for jams, there's always the staple: salted butter caramel, apple jelly with spices, kiwi from Cuxac d'Aude... and new products regularly!

Jean-Luc and Eric Bergé are producers of fruit and vegetables: asparagus, melons, tomatoes, squash, artichokes, pears... Their produce is varied and is sold in their shop along with that of over 90 local producers. All the specialities of Aude agriculture and breeding are represented. The opening of the 1st Drive Fermier Audois by these producers allows you to place your orders online and to collect them from the shop or from one of the other collection points.

This boutique-bar-restaurant presents a selection of the finest products worthy of being associated with truffles. A hundred or so wine references: Minervois, Cabardès, Corbières de Limoux, Muscat de Saint-Jean Minervois, not forgetting natural or flavored olive oils, tapenades and local olives. And of course, depending on the season, autumn truffles, Italian white truffles or summer truffles. Believe us, tasting is a must - you won't be disappointed!
