Pastry chef Rémi Touja, French dessert champion in 2013, opened his workshop in the Bastide, after working alongside chef Franck Putelat. He offers tasty, refined and original pastries, which are also true works of art. The Paris-Brest revisited with buckwheat, the "Choco" cake with peanut and nougatine brownie, the delicacies to nibble or spread, the chocolate bars and other fruity sorbets... There's a before and an after when you taste bread and pies from Tout autour des Moulins. Everything is delicious, and the indulgence seems to do us good because there's little sugar, quality local flour, and a project of educational workshops that makes you want to come back. The team's aim is to promote respectful, quality agriculture by offering organic, sustainable bread and flour. As part of the social economy, the team has received social utility accreditation for its production building and bakery.
