The end of the grape harvests and the arrival of the primeurs wines are the opportunity for the city to organise a big party on place Carnot, in the heart of the bastide. For two days, thirty independent winemakers and several cooperatives make us taste their wines, whereas the Aude producers treat us with their local specialties. Around the casitas, you can drink and eat with the rhythm of bandas. Many restaurateurs, café owners and wine bars managers of Carcassone participate also in this festive event and make this autumn event a conviviality and sharing moment.

En général mi octobre. Manifestation intéressante pour gouter des vins, pour les amateurs, et grignoter et découvrir des plats ou nouveautés culinaires dans les différents stands. Cette année, j'ai gouté du fromage à la lavande !
