Hadrian has taken over the Canard Bleu, the Carcassonne epicurean and aesthete's den, set up a few years ago by the traveler chef Robert Haumont. Since then, the place has been called the aptly named Tasting Room, to get away from the crowds of the city center. Don't talk to him about his famous American origins because our international wine merchant likes to remain discreet. He prefers to emphasize his Italian side, which he has well represented in his cellar with wines that make you travel. You can also find local wines and "fatto in Italia" pizzas.
