A restaurant with a warm welcome and a festive atmosphere, where you can enjoy fine cuisine. A good address in Carcassonne

Louis Dandeu's new concept at L'Opale combines gastronomy and electro sounds. A warm welcome, fine cuisine, a cosy yet festive atmosphere... An original choice of cocktails that favours the Bramble (excellent) over the eternal Mojito. Nicolas Roch's cuisine (supported by Arnaud Cherbonneau) is divine: beef tartare, marrow bone emulsion and candied yolk, potato waffles, trout roe cream or, for dessert, creamy chocolate-milk-caramel chou-swan with vanilla diplomate. Petit Futé's 2024 favorite!
