Replacing the former Brasserie le Donjon, Chez Christine is the new address in the heart of the Cité. The bright, natural decor blends perfectly with the wooden furniture. In this "Mediterranean bistro", the cuisine is local and, of course, homemade, all in the colours of the Occitan identity. From the unmissable cassoulet to osso bucco of monkfish, from Pyrenean trout in gravlax to shredded lamb from the Pays Cathare, the menu caters for every taste. A lovely shaded terrace, much appreciated in fine weather.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le restaurant est magnifique, on s'y sent bien, décoration sans aucune faute de goût. La cuisine...no comment que du bonheur tant visuellement que gustativement. Et la cerise sur le gâteau, le service est topissime. Accueil et service par 2 serveurs juste "excellents" tout en étant très professionnels. Vraiment une très belle adresse à ne pas manquer

El comedor estupendo, muy agradable. El menu maravilloso, muy bien preparado, bien condimentado, calidad y esmero en la preparación. Totalmente recomendable.
