Ce petit restaurant est une pépite ! Si vous cherchez à vous régalez n'hésitez pas à y faire un tour. Mais attention, le plus dur sera de choisir entre tout les plats qui ne sont pas nombreux mais qui mettent tous l'eau à la bouche. Le patron est d'une gentillesse que nous avons l'impression d'être à la maison. Merci beaucoup à l'équipe !

La nourriture est relativement simple mais très bonne (toasts à base de pain local, avec différents produits : fromages, ou truite fumée, ou morue, etc.), avec des produits locaux. Desserts savoureux et faits maison. Le vin est également très bon (aussi bien rouge que rond). Le service est exceptionnel, le propriétaire est très gentil, sympathique et accessible. Même si nous ne parlons pas français, nous nous sommes très bien compris. Ce fut une très agréable surprise en cours de route, à renouveler si nous revenons à Carcassonne. Nous le recommandons totalement !

The place is very nice, with an elegant, clean and cozy touch. The food is relatively simple but very good (toast made from local bread, with different products: cheeses, or smoked trout, or cod, etc.), with local products. Tasty and homemade desserts. The wine is also very good (both red and round). The service is exceptional, the owner is very kind, friendly and approachable. Although we don't speak French, we understood each other very well. It has been a very pleasant surprise along the way, to be repeated if we return to Carcassonne. We totally recommend it!
