Jérémy Thomann and Mélanie have turned this restaurant into a must-try for a contemporary, intimate dining experience. The chef has mastered the art of using seasonal produce to delight us with his colourful dishes. His cuisine is tasty and evolves with the seasons. Enjoy risotto with Marseillette rice or shoulder of lamb. The "Caraïbe chocolate feuille à feuille" is the perfect end to your meal. The chef, a member of the Académie Universelle du cassoulet, also offers his own cassoulet, to eat in or take away.

Un restaurant tenu par un maître cassoulet. Nous avons fait 1000km (Alsace), pour manger notre premier cassoulet, il était incroyable, en plus d’un accueil tres chaleureux. Je recommande vivement

Le seul bémol....la cuisinière avec une cigarette à la bouche

Les plats étaient très originaux, nous avons eu un excellent service. Nous avons vraiment adoré l'oeuf à 64° à la truffe. Les portions ne sont pas trop grandes mais vous obtenez du pain à chaque plat. Dommage que nous étions presque seuls au restaurant et la muscade était un peu embêtante
