On the superb Place Saint-Jean, the restaurant of the same name nestles against the ramparts. With a first-rate view of the city, you can sit on the large terrace in summer and winter, or in the dining room, which sometimes looks like a party. With a very good atmosphere and a tempting menu, it is certain that you will be delighted by the traditional dishes, the gourmet salads or the tapas. Futé: the (small) bar opposite the Château Comtal, perfect for an aperitif and to discover Carcassonne's craft beer, La Citadine Dorée.

Pas un seul plat principal végétarien.
Heureusement, ils avaient une burrata avec une salade de tomates.

Accueil convivial et table avec vue sur le château principal.
Grand choix de menu qui répondait à tous les besoins, et la serveuse a même toléré que nous détruisions sa langue pendant quelques minutes avant de nous sauver tous et de passer à l'anglais.
Grand choix de boissons, y compris des vins locaux et un service amical.
Hautement recommandé.
