La Cotte de Mailles, is a pleasant restaurant in the medieval city where local specialities such as duck breast, piglet with honey or a real Carcassonne cassoulet with pork, duck confit, sausage, and lingots are served. The chef also concocts a royal cassoulet, to which lamb and foie gras are added.... A treat! You can choose to sit in one of the air-conditioned rooms or on the terrace. Please note that the decoration work has been carried out, bringing clarity and modernity.

Nous y sommes allés grâce aux avis positifs des internautes.
Menu à 25€ : apéritif fait maison.
Salade de foie gras avec du magret, des gesiers, le tout en quantité et la salade juste ce qu'il faut.
Le cassoulet royal une tuerie, les haricots imprégnés de toute les saveurs des saucisses, canard, agneau, le tout présenté avec une tranche de foie gras.
Un dessert au choix.
