At the end of June 2017, the Cité-Hôtels group opened a new establishment instead of its old restaurant, the Jardin de l 'Évêque, in the heart of the medieval city. It is a refreshing place, with shaded and verdant terraces that are a charming asset. You can dine on the thumb of a salad, a sandwich, or enjoy one of the delicious smoothies offered. Also nice, the breakfast formula to start the day in the shadow of large trees, figs, prunelines or exotic essences. A smart address to test with simplicity.

Quelques ajustements au niveau des températures des plats et ça sera parfait. Un bel équilibre des saveurs et un service irréprochable ! Nous y reviendrons.

L'endroit est magique, au sein de la cité de Carcassonne. Le repas original et délicieux. Un grand bravo pour les desserts. Le service est aimable et attentionné. Merci au chef Jérôme. On reviendra.

Un menu fin et recherché de plus nous avons pu échanger quelques mots avec le chef très sympathique et accessible le service est au top pro et fort agréable au petits soins des clients merci pour ce bon moment cela fait énormément de bien par les temps qui courrent
