Then, whether you are from Carcassonne or visiting the place, you come here to have a good time, drink a mojito, enjoy a good bottle of wine and eat "Tarzzitas" (Métairie-style tapas). In a homely way, you will be received in a natural and relaxed atmosphere. Sitting on giant poufs, inside or on the terrace but always with a view of the Cité, to complement this moment, you will be offered something to snack on or more elaborate dishes which change according to the desire of the chef: a plate of charcuterie, a homemade cheeseburger, sushi, fish & chips, couscous and grilled meats on fine days. All summer long, many events are organised, but what we enjoy above all is when a DJ gets behind the decks or when a concert is given, the atmosphere becomes very hot then... An address to frequent without moderation.

Lo único que puedo opinar es sobre el servicio, ya que ambiente y comida no podemos valorar porque nos echaron del restaurante a las 21:30 un miércoles diciendo que estaba cerrado. Por lo tanto, opinar que el servicio de camareros, en especial a 1 de ellos, es lamentable. También nos trató de inferiores mostrándose irritado por ser de otro país. En conclusión, camarero arrogante. Lástima que un sitio de Carcassone no se pueda cenar a esas horas.
