LE BRASSENS
Restaurant near the Pont Vieux offering homemade cuisine, meat and seasonal fruit.
In November 2013, Michèle Joucla took over Le Brassens. Located just a few steps from the Old Bridge, facing the Dome which runs the Aude and leads to the City, the restaurant enjoys a privileged location close to several Carcassonne monuments such as the City, Bastion Montmorency or Saint Michel Cathedral. Michèle offers home-made home-cooked cuisine, which is simmering behind its furnaces, to give us a blanket, a sauté of veal or lamb, carrots, carrots and fries as we love them, or dishes like rust rust. It also likes to cook vegetables or dishes with exotic flavors such as curry or Thai curry, or a rich couscous that is unanimous. At the end of the meal, cheese lovers will enjoy the richly priced plateau. And if you want to finish with a sweet note, don't hesitate to taste one of the season fruit pie, some claftools, or chocolate cake, homemade desserts and good! Large free parking in front of the restaurant. Medieval city 15 minutes walk from the Old Bridge.
