Open Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner; Saturday lunch. Lunch menu: €20 (meat or fish or poke bowl or salad + dessert + drink + coffee). Wine by the glass. Dishes from €11.

La Paillotte is the lounge restaurant at Le Paradis in Carcassonne. In a cosy, bohemian atmosphere, it offers a menu full of healthy, organic and local produce. You can enjoy poke bowls, salads, burgers, beef carpaccio, pizzas and pastas. There are also dishes of the moment with fish or meat, and not forgetting aperitifs served only in the evening: guacamole and tortillas, mixed board, roast camembert... To accompany your dishes, the house has a wide selection of drinks, including softs, hot drinks, beers, wines and cocktails. And for dessert, you can choose between iced nougat, ice cream and ice cream sundaes. The little ones won't be forgotten here, with a children's menu including fried nuggets or pasta carbonara, two scoops of ice cream and water syrup or apple juice. In fine weather, you can sit out on the terrace to enjoy your meal. A gourmet address worth discovering!
