Located in Antugnac, Domaine Delmas has been a family-run winery for four generations. Committed to organic farming since 1986, the estate produces sparkling and still wines that perfectly reflect the terroir of the Haute-Vallée de l'Aude. The 34 hectares of hand-harvested Mauzac, Chardonnay, Chenin and Pinot Noir vines benefit from excellent sunshine and produce around 160,000 bottles each year. Baptiste Delmas continues the tradition with passion, offering tours and tastings to delight wine lovers.
