Read moreThe Dock family has been established in Heiligenstein since 1730, but it was after the war that Robert Dock started viticulture. The estate has 8.5 hectares and the Klevener represents 35% of the production. The wines are mainly aged in oak barrels. Patrick and Cathy Dock will be happy to show you their original vintages during a visit to their cellar. For example a Sylvaner Weinberg Saveurs d'Automne light and fruity, ideal with seafood. Also at your disposal: a gîte fitted out to welcome 4 people in all comfort.
