Castle retracing the history of France which goes back to the XIIth and XIIIth when kings of France made build the first buildings

The château as we see it today was once part of a much larger area where kings enjoyed hunting. Imposing in its proportions, it is just as impressive in its centuries-old history, as evidenced by the architectural styles that characterize it: enclosure, fortifications, keep, 14th-century Gothic Sainte-Chapelle... A visit to the château is highly recommended, providing an insight into several centuries of history, while the more observant can spot a few peregrine falcons nesting on the heights.

Le chateau de vincennes est très beau, en plein coeur de la ville.

Il a été grandement rénové depuis ces dernières années et c'est toujours un plaisir de faire son jogging à côté.

Il faut le voir le soir pour profiter du cadre.
