A beautiful gastronomic address with a cosy atmosphere offering creative dishes.

Imagined like a bear's den with its hushed atmosphere and vegetal look, Restaurant l'Ours is the latest work of starred chef Jacky Ribault, already known for his restaurant Qui plume la lune in Paris in the 11th arrondissement where he obtained a star before entrusting the cuisine to his chef Jean-Christophe Rizet. Here he offers creative dishes that are not advertised on the menu where only the price is shown. The flavours are well thought out and each plate is a pleasant surprise, full of sensations for the palate and eyes. The service is really elegant and we also appreciate the design with raw and natural materials. A beautiful gastronomic address that won a star in 2019, the only one in Val-de-Marne. Well deserved!

Des mets de grande qualité (homard bleu dd Bretagne, boeuf waggyu...), cuissons parfaites, présentation magnifique, un sommelier qui nous a très bien conseillé (et raisonnablement), un service sympathique, un lieu agréable... bref, je conseille sans modération !

Un excellent restaurant gastronomique avec une étoile Michelin obtenue l'année dernière. Tous les plats sont recherchés avec de très bons produits et une inspiration bretonne et japonaise. Le personnel de service est très gentil et la décoration très belle et originale (service en pierre, couteaux rustiques). Une superbe adresse à réserver pour les grandes occasions
