Depending on the season and the market, you can enjoy a ballottine of farmhouse poultry with aromas of truffle, creamy juice, pommes mousseline or large prawns poached in parsley, small spelt, vegetables in a supreme sauce. Then let yourself be tempted by one of the famous desserts, such as tiramisu with marrons glacés, caramelized almonds or baba with rum and vanilla cream, candied oranges.
