Franck Birette composes inventive, refined and tasty plates, made from fresh produce, Rungis obliges! Depending on the season and the market, you can enjoy a ballottine of farmhouse poultry with aromas of truffle, creamy juice, pommes mousseline or large prawns poached in parsley, small spelt, vegetables in a supreme sauce. Then let yourself be tempted by one of the famous desserts, such as tiramisu with marrons glacés, caramelized almonds or baba with rum and vanilla cream, candied oranges. A beautiful table and an irreproachable welcome.

Très bonne surprise pour ce restaurant
Ambiance est sympa la terrasse est vraiment tres agréable mais surtout la cuisine est tres bonne et copieuse

Ce restaurant reste l'un de mes favoris, cadre très agréable, serveur au top, et la cuisine du chef est juste excellente, un vrai régal. Il est évident que nous reviendrons

Très bon établissement juste une petite note et un cafouillage dans le service pour le dessert nous avons été obligé d'attendre pendant 25 minutes mais sinon tout est parfait très bon et surtout il faut impérativement y aller pour goûter la variété et la fraîcheur des plats

très bon moment avec un très bon repas u ns servite très sympathique rien à redire nous connaissons maintenant bien et nous reviendrons. Et de retours à la maison la France se qualifié pour la demi finale, perfecto.
