Michel Bottles, passionate about its orchards, has been a producer of cider since 1995. With his wife Denise, he manufactures this cider with an assemblage of several ancient varieties of apples grown in their orchard: Faro, chestnut, beautiful Josephine, beautiful flower, rattle, pippin, michelotte, avrolles, truth of Coulommiers. Picked by hand, these various apples, more or less sweet and glazed, give a fruity juice, acidulous acidulous, refreshing and yellow yellow color. This drink derives his name from a shepherd from Nolongues's farm, presenting to the king the products of Brie whose cheese and cider were, at the time, local dishes. In 1996, he decided to make direct sales as a result of the closure of the local cider. An activity that works very well since it receives about people a week and almost a hundred in high season.
