Located in a former farmhouse, just a stone's throw from the Château de Vaux-le-Pénil, R.Mana plays with finesse and elegance. The décor is a perfect blend of old and new, under a magnificent roof structure. In the kitchen, Isabelle and Fabrice Vitu offer delicious, refined and generous cuisine. A la carte: tempura prawns, vanilla cauliflower velouté, full-bodied bisque; scallop carpaccio with Pétrossian Ossetra caviar; risotto pig mignon with morel mushroom sauce. Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Seine-et-Marne.

Restaurant gastronomique très bon, avec beaucoup de charme. Nous avons testé le brunch du dimanche et c’était un sans faute. En plus du buffet à volonté, les 3 plats servis étaient succulents. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
