Ideally located in the heart of the medieval city, this refined establishment offers rooms overlooking the garden and the rooftops of the old town. Each room is individually decorated and equipped with a bathroom, TV, minibar and hairdryer. Some rooms are accessible for disabled guests. In the attractive restaurant with its medieval tapestries, gastronomy is the order of the day. There's also a spa with swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool bath and steam room.

located in the old town of provins restaurant is well located for the rest decoration is a little outdated, the menus they have exceptional only their price... which are quite excessive for a simple meal.
Although the products are fresh dishes lack originality, it is a pity because the area there is little gourmet restaurant.
It is often the problem restaurants located in tourist sites, do not try hard because a clientele of passage is aimed at.
the service is like the tourist restaurant, I will not go back I prefer and far a small restaurant that " do not pay a mine " but or it touch is salted or the service is the height.
The only good point of this restaurant is its very pleasant terrace in summer.

The hotel is quiet and is located in the city; the restaurant next to the hotel, is refined, the same.
A very good stay spent in the month June 2009.
