There are plenty of apples and pears in the orchards in autumn and the traditional Fête de la Pomme (Apple Festival) in Presle-en-Brie is held during a weekend, on Saturday afternoon and on Sunday. This festival has been taking place for 30 years now, with stands of local products and handicrafts, entertainment for children (pony rides, etc.), food and drinks, fireworks on Saturday evening over the communal pond of Villegenard and several concerts on the Sunday. We owe this event to the Comité de Fêtes of Presles-en-Brie.
