Just taken over in May 2025 by experienced chef and restaurant manager Nicolas Guillebeaux, Le Bistro des Copains is a warm and friendly place to meet. Here, the cuisine honors the great French classics, revisited with precision and a touch of originality, always using fresh, seasonal produce. You'll love the escargots de Bourgogne en persillade, the œuf meurette, the grilled andouillette, the entrecôte béarnaise or the côte de boeuf à partager. Gourmet desserts are not forgotten: profiteroles, French toast brioche with Breton caramel... The menu and suggestions on the slate change with the seasons. The motto of the place: feel at home, with friends!

Excellent waitress, flexible chef, clean kitchen. The place is no longer chez Alex, so the menu has changed. It's a shame the jambon entrée is no longer on the menu.

Trop de bruit !ervice médiocre. Premièrement erreur dans la commande , on reçoit le plat avant l’entrée. Entrée quelquonque, plat correct mais peu généreux verre de vin cher. Une eau minérale inconnue et chère. Les desserts banals donc on n’a pas pris de dessert. Trop de bruit dans la cuisine et les clients trop bruyants. Dommage. Nous avons attendu très longtemps pour recevoir l’addition. C’est un client près de la cuisine qui a du appeler la serveuse. Personne ne venait nous voir. Très déçus.

Excellent déjeuner passé le 25 avril dans cet établissement où ma sœur a ses habitudes. Le cadre est plutôt sympa mais c'est surtout la qualité des plats qui retient l'attention et donne un goût de "reviens-y". Merci également à Ambre pour son service très agréable !
