Owner of the Aufradet-Aujard butcher's shop, which has won several national awards, Alexandre Auffradet has embarked on a new adventure with a restaurant simply named Chez Alex. A success story! The cuisine is generous, tasty and 100% homemade. Each meat is cooked just right... to the delight of meat lovers (onglet, blanquette, côtes de bœuf...), as well as charcuterie and cheeses. "Lard d'être un bon vivant" is the motto of these friendly, simple and pleasant places.
