Located in the south of Seine-et-Marne, halfway between Melun and Provins, in the heart of the countryside, Ferme de la Psauve raises Prim'Holstein dairy cows, and extracts a fine range of artisanal dairy products. Made in their own approved laboratory, the farm's yogurts are available directly from the farm and at local markets. Ferme de Nangis' plain yogurts won a silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2023.
