Tancrède Dell'Oste has returned to his hometown of Meaux, after a spell at the helm of "La Table du Médoc". Le Parvis, facing the cathedral, offers the perfect setting for tasting the chef's bistronomic creations, which finely blend tradition and modernity using seasonal produce: gambas tails with panko; carpaccio of lean meat, coconut, lemongrass and ginger; cassoulet; sweetbreads braised in bourbon... For dessert: creamy carambar, praline feuilletine, crème fraîche ice cream and smoked whipped cream; chocolate mi-cuit... A real treat from A to Z!
