Founded in 1895, La fromagerie Ganot is one of the oldest cheese dairies in Seine-et-Marne, perpetuating authentic know-how and a solid knowledge of Briard cheeses. Today, run by Isabelle and Stéphane Ganot, the company continues to promote the region, maturing its bries in its own cellars and offering other local specialties. On the shelves: brie de Meaux, brie de Melun, brie noir, coulommiers, but not only: tomme de meulière, petits palets, petits coeurs à la crème... The house also offers its own platters.
