Although it is less famous than the Provins festival, the not less nice medieval festival of Fontenay-Trésigny does not lack charm. It is held in the historical centre of the town with: costumed parades, a medieval village, craft or more commercial stands (but mostly medieval or gothic oriented), a concert at the Saint-Martin Church, a fire-eater show as from 11.00 p.m., medieval games for children, archery initiation, street performance, etc.
