Bonjour ???? je suis déçue encore aujourd'hui j'ai téléphoné à 14h plus ou moins j'ai eu une femme au téléphone je lui demande s'il est possible d'allumer le chauffage elle me répond oui madame se sera fait ne vous inquiétez pas. On arrive le chauffage pas allumé il faut encore attendre que le chauffage chauffe et il a 3 jours avant il y déjà falu attendre 4h pour que le chauffage chauffe la chambre nous sommes arrivés à 19h22 et nous sommes morts de froid dans la chambre.
