Restaurant located in the heart of Fontenay-Trésigny offering home-made burgers with organic and local products.
The objective was to make fast food using organic and local products and Médine Zouaoui, who installed his pretty little shop in the heart of the town of Fontenay-Trésigny in 2018, won the bet. He serves homemade burgers and pizzas cooked on wood fire. The young chef has placed short circuits and traceability at the heart of his positioning. In wanting to prove that fast food is not a synonym of junk food, he has chosen to work with producers from Île-de-France, especially organic ones. And it is a success in terms of taste and popularity.

Super adresse ! Les pizzas sont succulentes avec une qualité de pâte incomparable. Ce sont majoritairement des produits locaux de la Brie qui sont utilisés et mis en avant. Le patron prend le temps de nous expliquer la provenance de ses produits avec plein de détails. C'est un véritable passionné par son métier et qui sait ravir nos papilles !

Cette pizzeria est devenue ma référence depuis son ouverture. La qualité des pizzas est tout simplement exceptionnelle, et ce qui fait vraiment la différence, ce sont les produits locaux utilisés et le savoir faire du cuistot. L'atmosphère du lieu est conviviale, et l'engagement envers les ingrédients du terroir ajoute une dimension particulière à l'expérience culinaire. Un choix incontournable pour les amateurs de pizzas exigeants à la recherche d'une expérience gastronomique raffinée.
