Chinese restaurant offering sushi and sashimi with a long dessert menu.

This is the Chinese restaurant of the Val Briard. Its exterior appearance immediately sets the scene. The red front and the Chinese roof show the way. It is confirmed inside, we are in China with all the classics on the menu: friend and fresh spring rolls, Cantonese rice and vermicelli soup, shrimp fritters and steamed ravioli. But there are also a few dishes from Japan: inevitable sushi and sashimi, not to mention the long dessert menu. A popular and exotic address.

Le restaurant est peu cher. Mais on comprend vite pourquoi. La qualité est vraiment médiocre. Le riz pour sushi est trop cuit. Les nouilles manquent de saveur. Le poisson grillé, beiiiiiin cherchez le goût du poisson. Les rouleaux de printemps manquent de tout. Le poulet citronnelle…where is la citronnelle? Les raviolis vapeurs ont un goût approximatif. Quand au pichet de vin, c’est du vin de table.
Et j’en passe.
Seuls les nems au porc étaient délicieux.
On comprend les prix bas, sur ce point au moins ce n’est pas du mensonge.
Mais merci quand même.
Améliorez le tout car c’est le seul restaurant à volonté à la ronde. Ah j’oublie, l’accueil ça va!
