Grattée grattée with Bordeaux wine, soft or savoury butter, fresh cream, triple cream of 250 grams, Jeannette's delight, deer bowl and wild boar. Owned by the Rothschild group, this operation of 140 dairy cows manufactures, exclusively from the milk of the herd, bries and tomme label farmer label. Pay pay tour, only for groups and by appointment.

I confirm produced excellent: the Brie de Provins of which closes it is only producing and who is absolutely brilliant cook thanks to its thick a little bigger than on the other Bries.

Really excellent products, for my part Brie de Meaux is a delight - the only Brie of farm Meaux (milk produces and converted farm).
The visit is worth a visit, with the cheese factory, the new room milking and stalling for small veals.
You may have be the opportunity to see game in the area (pheasant, stags, wild boars)...
