This is the event and the ritual in Favières, as Thursday night is pizza night! Vincenzo's truck stopping over in Favières is much appreciated by the villagers and their neighbours. There is a long menu of pizzas cooked on woodfire in two colours and versions: the red ones with tomatoes (about fifteen) and the white ones with fresh cream (about ten). To retain customers, he offers one free pizza for 10 purchased. But be careful: Vincenzo refuses credit cards, but he does accept cheques.
