Ferme de Moneuse, located in Dagny, Seine-et-Marne, is a family farm offering a wide range of farm products. Since 1986, the Vincent family has been raising free-range pigs fed on the farm's cereals. They add value to their animals' meat by producing charcuterie products such as roasts, ribs, petits salés, terrines, boudins, andouillettes, hams, jambonneaux, semi-salted or smoked products, as well as cold meats such as white hams and garlic sausages. The farm also grows cereals, corn and rapeseed, and looks after dairy cows, some of whose milk is sold directly. Ferme de Moneuse products carry the "Produit en Île-de-France" label.
