Read moreEmeline and Charles Beronie opened their farm in 2008, converting a large part of their operation to organic farming. The couple cultivate a dozen species on their land, enabling the production of half a dozen flours (soft wheat, durum wheat, rye, small and large spelt, buckwheat), processed in a stone mill. There is also a range of durum wheat and large spelt pasta (four types).
