Not far from the train station, Alain and Céline Pavard's restaurant is a sure bet in the area, and since 1991 has been serving up noble, precision-crafted products. The pretty bourgeois house is the ideal place for special occasions, with its fine service and view over the garden. The tasting menu includes lobster ravioli, simmered leeks and curry-coconut milk sauce, roasted scallops, spinach shoots, yuzu juice and lemon-ginger sauce, and Pornic squab, pan-fried foie gras, beet and parsnips.
