Bed and breakfast in an enchanting setting located in Barbizon.
More than just a simple bed and breakfast, the Folie Barbizon - which has the merit of providing the location - is a true concept. The different possibilities offered here (partying, culture, ecological awareness, spending a few nights) are linked by the passion of the creator of the place, Lionel Bensemoun. A very trendy philosophy in the enchanting setting of this building, where you will have the choice between suites and double rooms, sober and decorated with meticulousness and taste. Artists in residence honour the place with their creations: a visit here will therefore be unique. On the restoration side: very good. We validate without restraint.

Le +: le cadre et la terrasse très agréable.
Les -: la lenteur et la qualité du service.
Ils obligent les réservations à 12h30 alors que la cuisine ouvre plus tard.
Résultat, on a attendu 45min pour le 1er plat.
Alors que c’est un menu unique avec plat unique pour tout le monde.
L’attente était incompréhensible.
Plusieurs tables s’impatientaient comme nous.
Quand nous avons demandé s’il fallait attendre encore longtemps (nos 3 jeunes enfants avaient faim !), on nous a apporté une corbeille de pain tout dur qui datait du petit déjeuner.
Entrée et plat plutôt bons (Même si pas très adapté aux goûts des plus jeunes enfants).
Desserts servis de manière complètement aléatoire.
Nous étions 5.
2 parts de gâteau servis sur 1 des assiettes, et 1/2 part entame du gâteau servie sur une autre…
Le pire est quand on a expliqué notre déception à la responsable qui avait l’air tout à fait indifférente alors qu’un petit geste commercial et des excuses auraient franchement pu tout faire changer !
Dommage pour eux.
