MUSÉE GRÉVIN
Created in 1882 by Arthur Meyer, journalist and founder of the famous daily "Le Gaulois", the Musée Grévin exhibits an incredible collection of wax figures. The museum owes its name to the famous designer Alfred Grévin, who brought the figures to life. Personalities from the worlds of show business, politics, sport and history are represented and brought to life. With more than 2,000 dolls, the museum is a huge success and is always full, especially as the collection is regularly renewed. The Musée Grévin has not forgotten children. Especially for them, it has created "storytelling tours", designed for a maximum of 15 children who, as soon as they arrive, are dressed in costume and become dukes, barons, princesses or countesses, wearing coats of arms with their first names... Actors interpreting the Marquise de Sévigné, Elisabeth Vigée Lebrun, Aramis, Pierrot and Gustave Eiffel take them on an expedition through the centuries... A wonderful idea.
